Sep 26, 2016

Cork County Council has issued the following advice In relation to Housing Estate Type development and other multiple Developments where the developer proposes to provide Developer Provided Infrastructure (DPI). “The current position is that Irish Water’s present policy is not to Take In Charge such DPI Infrastructure and accordingly unless otherwise indicated in writing by Irish Water during preplanning discussions between a Developer and Irish Water, Cork County Council will not be in a position to grant planning permission for such a development”
