Services: Planning sub-consultant on the continuation of use of c. 10,880 long-term car parking spaces at Dublin Airport, granted by An Bord Pleanála as Strategic Infrastructure Development on 10th October, 2018. Previously planning consultant on the c. 8,930 space Holiday Blue long-term car park SID application at Dublin Airport, granted by An Bord Pleanála (PL06F.PA0022) on 22nd August, 2011. Also planning consultant on the continuation of use of a c. 10,200 space Express Red long-term car park SID application at Dublin Airport, granted by An Bord Pleanála (PL06F.PA0030) on 3rd March, 2014.

Project Description: Development: Local Infrastructure Housing Activation Fund Projects
Services: Working in conjunction with Atkins, Coakley O’Neill have been appointed as planning consultants to contribute to the delivery of necessary off-site public infrastructure works, in order to enable housing development in key locations across Ireland, including Cork City and County, Galway City and Kilkenny. Working with Atkins, we are providing planning advice and input from initial feasibility stages, through to planning.

Services: Planning sub-consultant on the N25 Waterford to Glenmore scheme and the M4 Maynooth to Leixlip scheme. Planning advisor to Cork County Council on the arbitration cases in respect of the N22 Macroom Bypass, and also on the Cork Science and Innovation Park access road (now advising Cork City Council).
Crocane Wind Farm/Lurrig Solar Farm
Client: IQ Wind Ltd/IQ Solar Ltd
Timeframe: 2015 to present
Services: Planning on planning policy submissions for the proposed extension to the existing 2MW Crocane Wind Farm in East Cork, and the proposed 5MW solar farm at the same site, granted permission without appeal in January, 2017.
Eirgrid
Client: Sub-consultant to Atkins plc
Timeframe: 2019 to present
Project Description: Underground cabling/OH line uprating
Services: Planning sub-consultant on the route to planning for the proposed 220kV connection from Lumcloon Energy Limited’s 220/20kV transformer to Shannonbridge 220kV station via underground cable with a maximum length of 250m. Planning sub-consultant on the proposed Great Island-Kellis 220kv line refurbishment.
Arklow Bank Wind Park

Project Description: Onshore grid infrastructure
Services: Planning sub-consultant on the proposed onshore grid infrastructure associated with the build out of the remainder of the Arklow Bank Wind Park development.
