From the initial conception of a project, Coakley O’Neill will provide advice on the anticipated key issues likely to arise throughout the project, advise on the specialist inputs required, review the outputs of selected sub-consultants and other members of a design team, liaise with the relevant planning authority through formal and informal pre-planning consultations, as well as providing a bespoke planning statement in support of the application, highlighting compliance with applicable policies.

Through our experience dealing with planning applications from the simplest, to most complex, we will manage the delivery of the planning application, by providing a tailored approach to our clients, while keeping them informed at every stage of the planning process.
